We didn't choose the name; it was handed to us on a silver platter. When U.S. leadership took to the stage to call Canada and its people "nasty," we had a choice: get polite, or get loud. We chose to lean in.
Nasty Canadian was born out of a simple idea: Canadian pride doesn't always have to be apologetic. There is a certain kind of Canadian that takes up space, laughs at the stereotypes, and owns the joke. That's who we make gear for.
Operating right out of Southwestern Ontario since 2023, we are a small, independent operation with big opinions. We aren't some faceless overseas corporation selling cheap novelty gags. We are a proudly registered, tax-paying Canadian business (Business Number: 75770 3772), creating bold, premium streetwear for people who love this country on their own terms. Not the postcard version.
